Our Electronic Incorporation System provides a complete solution for presenters, Solicitors and Chartered Accountants to easily and effectively maintain public information about UK companies. Our software has been approved by Companies House to use their Electronic Filing Service.
Our web-filing service makes the software available to you anywhere and at any time. You can sign up online and start forming companies immediately. You will also need to register as an Electronic Filer. Registration instructions are included in the FAQ.

Pricing Plans
We have a range of price plans to suit different users from those only wishing to incorporate and manage a few companies to those incorporating hundreds of companies per year. To use our software, you need only purchase a licence once - No Annual Charge!
We charge £1.00 for all forms, although these charges can be reduced by pre-purchasing in bulk.
Companies House will charge you separately for EINC and 363a forms. By filing these electronically you save £5 for incorporations and £15 for annual returns.

For every additional 150 companies the price increases by £140.
There is also the option of £400 per month for an unlimited number of companies and no charges for the submission of forms.
